Can I pre-order?

Unfortunately we do not offer the pre-order service. However you can choose to be notified about the restock of a product via the product page and will receive an email when we re-stock. 

Do you offer any discounts?

Any discounts we offer will be promoted on the products at the time. 

What is my warranty?

All of our products come with a 30 days warranty from the date of purchase for returns. You have 12 months manufacturing guarantee. on top of this all our garden furniture sets come with a 3 year structural guarantee (the full terms and conditions on this can be seen in our T&C's)

Deliveries

The delivery address I entered is wrong. What should I do?

Due to security reasons we can not change your delivery address once you have placed the order. Instead please cancel your order and re order to the correct address. Please contact our customer services they will assist you in handling this issue

Can I book my delivery for a specific time?

Once you place your order and its accepted our courier will contact you to arrange a delivery.

How much is Delivery?

Delivery is free excluding the following postcodes 

Northern Ireland, The Highlands of Scotland and Most far flung islands of the UK Specifically postcodes AB,DD,DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PO30 AND ABOVE, TD, HS, ZE, GY, JE, IM, TR, BT and IM and Isle of White and Inner London

Do you offer express delivery?

We do not currently offer this service

Where do you Deliver to?

We offer delivery to all UK mainlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

My order still hasn’t arrived?

Please contact our customer service department with your postcode and name, they will assist you further with this request.

Will I receive order confirmation?

You will receive an email once you have placed your order, please allow an hour for the email to come through, and don’t forget to check your junk. If you don’t receive an e-mail you can call our Customer Service team.

Will my order come in a flat pack or assembled?

Our rattan furniture will come with flat pack assembly instructions inside the packaging.

How thick are the cushions?

Approximately 7cm

Will the sets last in all weather conditions?

Yes, Rattan is weatherproof. We advise you to take in your cushions as these are only shower-proof. We also recommended you purchase a weather-resistant cover.

What are the sets made out of?

Our sets are made out of PE Rattan, Powder Coated Galvanised Steel and Aluminum 

What tools will I need to build the sets?

You will need an Alan Key to assemble our sets.

How long do the rattan sets take to assemble?

The rattan sets will take 1 to 2 hours to assemble depending on the size of the set. We advise that you screw the bolts loosely until everything is in place. 

Payment

How long do refunds take?

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for refunds to process into your account.

When will the money come out of my account?

Depending on your bank this may take between 1 - 3 working days for the payment to settle. 

Do you offer finance?

Yes, we are allowing users to check out using Klarna. Please note if you choose this option at checkout the payment is an agreement between yourself and Klarna and we are not apart of that.
