Before purchasing with us we recommend that you read our delivery information and understand the process.


Due to Covid-19, there could be minor delays due to limited courier network capacity in certain areas, however, a majority of our deliveries are delivered within the timeframe.

Free Delivery

Here at Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture we want the customer to have the best experience with us which is why we offer free delivery on most of our products. Unfortunately we can not deliver free to all postcodes please see below exclusion.

Northern Ireland, The Highlands of Scotland and Most far flung islands of the UK Specifically postcodes AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PO30 AND ABOVE, TD, HS, ZE, GY, JE, IM, TR, BT and IM and Isle of White

If you purchase to an address in the above list you will be contacted to make an additional payment.

Delivery Information

The delivery timeframe is as specified on the individual product page. During our busiest times the dispatch and delivery period will vary slightly but rest assured you will be contacted by our customer service team with all the updates.

The Email updates you will receive are

  • First confirmation on purchase - As soon as you place the order we will send out an email confirming we have received this
  • Up on Dispatched - you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a time period of how long shipping will take and tracking information to follow.

All deliveries are delivered on a pallet and are classed as curbside. We do not offer a service to deliver the goods into the customers garden as we are not insured for this.

We always advise that you provide a mobile number and that you are available on the day of the delivery. In the case of any queries on the day of the delivery our customer service team are available Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm to assist. If a delivery attempt has been made and the customer has not been available to accept the order, you, the customer,  will be charged for the failed delivery and the subsequent redelivery attempt. If a furniture delivery is booked with yourself and confirmed and you are not there to receive it, we reserve the right to charge you a minimum charge of £50 to cover the cost of the failed delivery.
