( 1 ) About these Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the Customer's use of this website. They do not affect the Customer's statutory rights as a consumer.

 

( 2 ) Agreement to the Terms and Conditions

By using this website, the Customer hereby agrees to all the terms and conditions in full. Do not use this website if the Customer does not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions as set forth on this page.

The Customer's agreement to these terms and conditions applies to all orders, transactions and contracts for rattan garden furniture or any other product or service which is carried out between the Customer and Abreo Rattan Garden Furnitre. This includes acceptance of delivery.

 

( 3 ) Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture have the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this website and the Customer's continued use of this website will be taken as acceptance of these amendments.

The Customer agrees to the terms and conditions as they are when the Customer submit an order. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the terms and conditions each time they order from us.

 

( 4 ) Products

Before the Customer order a product, Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture advise that they first order a sample of it to ensure it meets their requirements.

Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture do everything possible to make sure that each product is listed accurately on our website. However, colour likeness may vary due to a number of factors beyond our control including:

  • Browser limitations

  • Camera limitations

  • Monitor resolutions

  • The nature of the product.

A product which is listed on this or any of our partner websites is not guaranteed to be available for immediate delivery. The Customer may need to wait for a period of up to six weeks for us to stock the product. Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture will use all reasonable endeavours to keep in contact with the Customer regarding the progress of all orders.

If the Customer do decide to cancel due to a longer wait for a product, the Customer has the right to cancel. In this instance, these terms and conditions will still apply and the Customer will not be charged a retention of restocking fee.

 

 

( 5 ) Processing and payments

The Customer must pay for the product in full at the time that they place an order via this website and must pay in Pounds Sterling. Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture accept payment via credit or debit cards from any of the credit or debit card companies listed on payment page, or by any other method that is detailed on that page, including cash. 

Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture may need to run credit or anti-fraud checks for some orders, and the Customer agrees to cooperate with any such checks as required. Due to fraud we will only send the product to the address where the credit or debit card is registered.

Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture will not supply any product to the Customer until Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture have received payment in full, unless Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture agree otherwise in writing.


The Customer in the England and Wales Mainland will pay our standard UK delivery charges at the time an order is placed. the Customer outside of this area should expect to pay additional delivery charges when placing an order specifically postcodes AB,DD,DG,FK, G, KA,ML, TD, KW, PA, PH, IV,KA,KW,HS,ZE,GY,JE,IM,TR

 

 

(6) Delivery of goods or services

Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture will e-mail the Customer to let them know when they can expect an order to be delivered.

Product will be delivered to the delivery address supplied by the Customer at the time of making an order. This should be the same as the address used for the credit or debit card that the Customer used to pay for the order.

Delivery will be as standard to the kerbside of the address where it is being delivered it will not be taken into the premises.

We will require a phone number for all orders so the delivery company can make contact.

The Customer agrees to take delivery at any time of day. Failure to take delivery or provide any necessary documents may result in the product being returned to Abreo rattan furniture. the Customer agrees to pay for any charges that may occur because of this including, but not limited to:

  • Redelivery

  • Insurance

  • Storage

Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver orders within the agreed time. If Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture do not agree a time with the Customer, All Seasons Rattan Garden Furniture will deliver orders within a reasonable time.

Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture are not responsible for any delivery times quoted by third parties.

The Customer does not have the right to cancel an order due to a delay in delivery unless they have given us 30 days written notice and Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture have not delivered the product or service in that time.

 

( 7 ) Damaged products

It is the Customer's responsibility to check for any damages to products before they sign for them. Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture will not be responsible for any products damaged in the course of delivery if the Customer has signed for them without noting that the delivery is damaged.

The Customer has the right to refuse a delivery that has been damaged. If a delivery is returned to us because the Customer did not accept it and there is no sign of damage to the product, Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture will treat it as a cancellation.

 

( 8 ) Cancellation and returns

The Customer has the right to cancel an order for any product or service which the Customer has bought from us within 14 days of receiving it.

The Customer must give us seven days written notice that they intend to return a product.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to pay for return delivery if the product has already been dispatched, even if they have not yet received it.
A refund or exchange can only be issued if the product is returned to us unopened and in its original condition.

Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture recommend that the Customer contact us for advice on packing the product and use a reputable delivery company who will insure you for the full value of the goods.

The Customer can also contact us to collect the product from the Customer, through a £40 administration fee will apply. Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture reserve the right to refuse to arrange return delivery.

Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture will not accept part returns or exchanges unless Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture have agreed otherwise in writing.


If the Customer believe the product to be damaged or incorrect, do not fit it. Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture can not accept returns on assembled furniture if the product could have been detected as damaged or incorrect before it was fitted.

If the Customer has a problem with a rattan set which could not have been detected before it was fitted, they can provide us with images of the issues raised.

Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture will not accept responsibility for any other costs associated with a damaged or incorrect furniture being fitted. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uplifting or fitting

  • Damages caused by fitting or inspection

  • Cost of other materials

  • Loss of earnings or other inconvenience.

To return a product, please contact us using the appropriate details listed on our contact page and quote:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and address

  • Description of the product and what is wrong with it.

 

Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture will advise you on what to do next.

( 9 ) .Compensation

Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture try to process compensation claims as quickly as possible, though this could take up to 90 days and in some cases longer than 90 days. Abreo Rattan Garden Furniture are not responsible for any claims which take over 90 days to resolve.
