( 1 ) About these Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions found herein dictate how this website will be used by the Customer. The Customer's statutory rights are not affected.
(2) Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The use of this website by the Customer constitutes full agreement to the terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions on this page do not use this website. The agreement to the terms and conditions by the Customer is applicable to all orders, transactions and contracts for Abreo furniture, any other services carried out by Abreo, or any other products made available to the customer. Acceptance of delivery is included in this.
(3) Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions can be amended at any time and Abreo Furniture reserve the right to do so. Amendments to the terms will be posted on the website, and all continued use of the website by the Customer is taken as agreement to any amendments that have been made.
When the customer submits an order to Abreo Furniture they are agreeing to the terms and conditions. The responsibility falls to the customer to check the terms and conditions when purchasing with us.
Abreo furniture take every possible measure to ensure all products are listed accurately on our website, however there are a number of factors beyond our control that may affect perceived likeness. These include but are not limited to:

All products listed on Abreo Furniture or any partner websites are not guaranteed to be immediately ready for delivery. There may be a period of up to six weeks waiting time for restocking required by the Customer.
Abreo Furniture will go to all reasonable lengths to inform the Customer regarding the status of their order. If a customer wishes to cancel due to an extended wait for an item, the Customer has the right to cancel. In such instances, the terms and conditions still apply and no retention or restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
(5) Payments and Processing
Products must be paid for in full when an order is placed on this website, and orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling. This is our only accepted form of currency.
Payment can be made via credit or debit cards from any of the companies listed on the payment page, and all other methods on the aforementioned page, including cash.
On some orders, Abreo Furniture may be required to run anti-fraud or credit checks, and the Customer agrees to comply with all such checks when necessary. To help prevent fraud, we will only dispatch orders to the registered addresses of the credit or debit card used for payment.
No product will be supplied by Abreo Furniture until full payment has been received from the Customer, unless Abreo furniture have given explicit written agreement otherwise.
Standard delivery charges apply to the Customer for orders placed in mainland England and Wales. When outside of this area, additional delivery charges should be expected by the customer, specifically when placing orders in the following postal regions:
AB,DD,DG,FK, G, KA,ML, TD, KW, PA, PH, IV,KA,KW,HS,ZE,GY,JE,IM,TR
(6) Delivery of Goods and Services
When the Customer has placed an order, Abreo Furniture will email them with an expected delivery date of the product.
The delivery will be made to the address supplied by the Customer when the order was initially placed. This must be the same address that the debit or credit card used to pay for the order is registered to.
Abreo Furniture will deliver the item(s) with the courier of their choice that is best suited for that specific order.
A phone number is required for all orders to assist the delivery company in contacting the customer.
By placing an order with Abreo Furniture the Customer agrees to take delivery of their order at any time of day. Should the customer fail to receive the delivery or provide necessary documentation to receive the delivery the products may be returned to Abreo Furniture. The Customer will be responsible for paying charges including but not limited to:
Abreo Furniture will go to reasonable lengths to ensure delivery of orders within an agreed time frame. Should a time frame not be agreed with the customer, orders will be delivered within a reasonable time.
In instances where a delivery time is quoted by a third party, Abreo Furniture will not be held responsible for any difference between this and the originally stated delivery estimate.
In the even of a delay, the Customer does not have the right to cancel the order, unless 30 days written notice has been given, and Abreo Furniture have failed to deliver in this 30 days.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to inspect products for damage before they sign for them.
Abreo Furniture take no responsibility for products damaged during the delivery process if the customer has signed for the item without noting the damage.
The Customer has the right to refuse delivery of damaged items. If an item is returned to Abreo Fon the grounds that it has been refused by the Customer and it shows no sign of damage, Abreo Furniture will treat it as a cancellation.
(8) Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds.
The Customer has the right to cancel an order for any product purchased from Abreo within 14 days of receiving it.
When returning a product to Abreo Furniture, seven days written notice must be given expressing the intention to return the product.
Once a product has been dispatched it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return, even if they have not yet received it.
Refunds will only be issued for products that are returned to us unopened and in original resellable condition.
When returning an item, the Customer is recommended to contact Abreo Furniture for advice on packaging and using a reputable delivery service who will fully insure the goods.
The Customer can also contact Abreo Furniture and ask them to arrange collection from the Customer, although a £40 administration fee will apply. Abreo Furniture reserve the right to refuse to arrange return delivery.
Part exchanges and part returns will not be accepted unless written agreement has been given by Abreo Furniture in advance.
Should the Customer believe the product they have received to be damaged or incorrect, they should not build or use the product. Abreo Furniture do not accept return of assembled furniture if the product could have been identified as wrong or damaged before construction.
If there is an issue with an Abreo Furniture product which could not have been detected before construction, they should provide images of the problem to Abreo Furniture.
Any costs or damages that occur as consequence of damage or incorrect furniture being used are not the responsibility of Abreo. This includes but is not limited to:
Re-fitting or uplifting
Damages caused by fitting or inspection
Cost of materials
Any other inconvenience including loss of earnings

Compensation claims made to Abreo Furniture will be processed as quickly as possible, however this can take up to 90 days, and in some cases even longer than this. Abreo Furniture take no responsibility for claims that take over 90 days to resolve.
